Your Tasks

  • Work on exciting transformation projects focused on ESG, digitalization, and SAP implementation in the insurance sector, within a culture that blends a personal, collaborative environment with the strength of a leading management consultancy
  • Lead and guide your team in Insurance Finance Transformation, focusing on SAP solution design and configuration (ESG / Digitalization / IFRS 17)
  • Manage end-to-end implementation processes, collaborating closely with clients to translate business requirements into effective SAP functionalities
  • Design, implement, and customize SAP modules such as Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, and embedded analytics to optimize finance operations
  • Support clients through all project phases, ensuring seamless adoption and user confidence in the implemented solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, team leadership, and a commitment to excellence in delivery

Your Profile

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant field
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, focusing on insurance finance, accounting, or actuarial functions — combined with SAP implementation expertise in at least one module: Group Reporting, S/4HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM, or Embedded Analytics
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and guiding high-performing teams
  • Embrace new technologies and enjoy transforming them into innovative business solutions
  • Communicate effectively in English within international, cross-border teams (German proficiency is a plus)
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, European environment with opportunities for travel and collaboration across countries
